Sidmouth Tour 2007

Friday 4th May to Monday 7th May

Royal York & Faulkner Hotel, Sidmouth.

We are just back from a successful tour to Sidmouth.  For the first time we won every match!

The overall winning rink was Colin Smith, Pat Bowcher, John Harry & Skip, Gill Instance

who was also the Captain of the Day with a massive +27.

 Ottery St Mary was an excellent venue until Pam Pascoe fell over breaking her arm and cracking her ribs!

The overall worst rink was Henry Warren, Des Masters, Dave Lawrence & Skip Bernie Warren with a score of – 17.

Budleigh Salterton was our third match.  We could just see the sea from the top green.   

We spent the morning at the Donkey Sanctuary.

Paps enjoyed this mystery trip!

Saturday night was a ball.  Just look at this evidence, someone thinks he’s Dez Travolta!

And there’s more!

 Plenty of dancing and drinking too which followed the fantastic food.

The overall comments have been great.

Everyone is waiting for next years date!

 A tour is only as good as the people who join in.
